Therapeutic Approach

Michele Holding is a registered clinical counsellor supporting individuals, couples, and families find healing opportunities to transform their lives. Working from a relational approach, she creates a safe space for clients to explore their relationship with themselves and others, identify unhealthy relational patterns, and find new ways of relating. Michele is also able to offer a space for clients to explore their relationship with God from a Christian perspective.

Education and Training

Michele received a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She then received a Master’s of Science in Counselling and Psychology from Troy University in Orlando, Florida. Michele has since pursued and continues to pursue trainings in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Sex Therapy, and Clinical Supervision.
